The Renault Zoe has conquered the pole position of the Stromer. Renault sold 9,431 units in Germany from January to December 2019 – more than ever before. The Zoe was once again Germany’s best-selling electric car, the French manufacturer announced. Compared to 2018, Zoe approvals on the German market rose by more than 48 percent.
Since its market launch in 2013, Renault has sold 27,200 Zoe on the German market – according to Renault, no other brand in Germany has achieved as many electrical approvals in this period.
The new Zoe has been at the start for a few weeks. According to Renault, the small Stromer has a range of up to 395 kilometers in the WLTP test cycle and convinces with numerous technical innovations and a refreshed design.
Renault plans to continue its electric offensive in the coming years. By 2022, the French electric vehicle range is to grow to eight purely electric and twelve electrified models worldwide.
