If James Bond would like to race in virtual races or improve his driving skills, he would probably choose this racing simulator. Here is the Aston Martin AMR-C01, which was created in cooperation with Curv Racing Simulators
Futuristic, very expensive and limited
Aston Martin boasted about the result of cooperation with Curv Racing Simulators. According to the British, together they managed to create the AMR-C01 racing simulator, which is to offer the best experience in luxury e-sport.
The AMR-C01 is the first product of this type in Aston Martin’s offer. I must admit that the whole thing looks futuristic and you can like it the most. Added to this are top-shelf materials – e.g. the monocoque is made of carbon fiber.

The simulator is Aston Martin’s project, but Curv Racing Simulators was responsible for further development and delivery of the appropriate technology. The seating position is similar to that of the Aston Martin Valkyrie, a limited supercar designed to break track records.
The hand-built racing simulator could not be complete without the appropriate software to ensure the best possible experience while traveling virtual tracks. Users will be able to compete in Assetto Corsa.

It was a challenge for the design team – although the simulator is not a car, it is inspired by our racing cars. It had to exude the same elegance, offering the same dynamic lines and balance of proportions as any Aston Martin with racing pedigree. I can imagine the AMR-C01 in its most beautiful mansion as a sculptural work of art. – Marek Reichman, CCO at Aston Marton.
It is worth noting that Darren Turner, a British racing driver who drives in the Aston Martin Racing team, also worked on the project. It was his experience that allowed him to create a simulator that actually provides a sporty experience of driving virtual vehicles.
AMR-C01 is first and foremost a love of racing. We have created a home simulator with incredible immersion that gives users the opportunity to have great racing fun in the virtual world, in the comfort of their own home. Our goal was to create a simulator that would be as fun in virtual reality as real racing. Racing cars are so much fun and it’s great to see more and more people getting involved as esports racing evolves. Adds Darren Turner.
Well, it certainly isn’t cheap
Aston Martin AMR-C01 was valued at 74 thousand. dollars, or about 280 thousand. zlotys. In addition, its production is limited to just 150 units – similar to the fully electric Rapide E car . However, the first deliveries are to take place in the fourth quarter of this year.
If you’re not among the 150 customers and want a sporty driving experience in British cars, this is the way. You can already buy a used Aston Martin Vantage for a similar amount. This is, for a change, a real car with a powerful V8, which should be perfect for real racetracks.
